Where Have All of the Questions Gone . . . ?

I have been reviewing some of the posts on this blog and in the past there were many questions sent in to be answered. You sent in questions (my email address is there in the header block) and I answered them. Of late there have been very few questions sent in (as in none). Possibly it is because I haven’t asked specifically for questions lately, so, if so, . . . any questions, anyone?

Since our archery activities gave been somewhat curtailed by our governmental lockdiwns, I think that most of us have been resorting to reading the posts, sorting out our kit so that we are prepared for restrictions to be lifted, and running through skills and drills!
Rest assured, Steve, as soon as we get chance to try out some of the things you have put forward, there will be a shed load of questions, I am sure of it!

    • :o) Thanks, David. The problem of people like me is in knowing whether there is anyone out there reading/hearing (or am I just wasting my time).

    No Worries!
I must admit that I liked the article on “Shooting the shot”. It is something that I find helps all my club members. I always tell them, if they have to come down, to re-set the shot, even to removing the arrow to the quiver if they have time, much as we would expect them to do during a “hold” situation.

    • I appreciate the feedback. Part of my angst is that your questions suggest things to write about (partly why I am reviewing earlier posts). If someone goes to the trouble of asking a question, even if just from curiosity, I know someone is interested in the answer. :o)

ZERO motivation. Our club is closed with the pandemic and without my friends I find myself eating things I shouldn’t eat and staring at the walls.

  4. Hi. Could you review some doping fundamentals for archers? This popped up in my news feed today https://www.facebook.com/WorldArchery/posts/10158343732078403 All athletes should always double check every single thing they put into their bodies. The WA doc is at https://extranet.worldarchery.sport/documents/index.php/documents/?doc=2467 Thank you. Kelea
